Terms of Ticket Sales

1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.
2. No entry for 6 years old and below.
3. 7 years old to 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a ticket for the same section.

Photography / Video Recording Rules

1. No professional/flash photography is allowed.
2. Patrons are required to behave respectfully at all times. Any form of physical contact with the artist, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorised photography/video recording during benefit sessions is strictly prohibited.
