Join Masterchef Pang Lu Tin and poet Aw Seow Pooi at Pearl Hill Garden for a personal tribute to Hainanese classics. This heartfelt menu of heritage dishes, from Grandpa’s Mutton Soup to Mom’s Braised Pork Belly and festive Hainanese Mixed Vegetables, tells a story of rustic tradition and offers a rare glimpse into a culinary heritage seldom seen in Singapore today.

This programme is part of A Feast of Words & Flavours – a series curated by Tan Pin Yen and Yap Seow Choong, where literature meets culinary artistry to reveal the rich stories behind regional cuisines.
