Terms of Ticket Sales

1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.
2. Each ticket admits one person.
3. As a courtesy to other audience members, infants in arms and prams, and children below 6 years of age cannot be admitted for ticketed shows.

General

1. Attendees must follow all venue rules and safety guidelines, including any health protocols in place on the event day.
2. Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the theatre.
3. Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises.
4. No food and drinks are allowed in the theatre.
5. Doors will open 30 minutes before event start.
6. Approximately 2.5 hours long with 10 minutes intermission.

Late Entry Advisory

1. Please be seated 15 minutes before the start time.
2. Latecomers cannot be admitted until an appropriate break in the show.
