- Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless cancellation is required due to government directives in Singapore. However, free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before the tour. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. All details provided are accurate at the time of publishing but may be subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions, and in the case of any disputes, the Promoter’s decision will be final.
Conditions of Entry
- Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Promoter/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the promoter.
