The band — comprising M. 1. Role of BookMyShow

1. Tickets are sold via BookMyShow, which acts solely as a platform provider for booking and payment. BookMyShow is not the ticket seller or event promoter.
2. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by BookMyShow’s general Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase, Delivery & Pricing

1. Tickets must be purchased using the BookMyShow platform; a valid e-ticket (QR code) is required for entry.
2. Tickets are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and all applicable booking or convenience fees apply.
3. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted once tickets are confirmed, except as required by law.

3. Entry & Admission

1. A valid e-ticket is strictly required for entry. Lost, stolen, damaged, or fraudulent tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
2. Attendees must comply with all event staff instructions, and any non-compliance may lead to refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
3. No re-entry once a ticket holder exits the venue.

4. Age Restrictions & Identification

1. The event is open to attendees of all ages. However, it is advisory for individuals aged 16 and above due to the nature of the content and environment. Attendees below 16 are permitted to attend at their own discretion and/or under parental guidance.

5. Child Policy

1. No admission is permitted for infants in arms and children under 12 years of age. Children aged 12 and above must hold a valid ticket for entry. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age and individuals below 1.2 metres in height are not permitted in the standing areas.

6. Venue Rules & Safety

1. Parking is available at Singapore Indoor Stadium, subject to limited availability. Attendees are strongly encouraged to use public transport (e.g. nearest MRT: Stadium MRT).
2. To ensure safety and compliance, bag and personal searches may be conducted at entry. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
3. Prohibited items include—but are not limited to—illicit drugs, vapes, glass bottles, professional recording gear without accreditation, and unauthorized commercial paraphernalia. Confiscation without refund may occur.

7. Recording & Media

1. Personal smartphones and small cameras may be used only for personal, non-commercial photos/videos. Public display, sale, or distribution is prohibited.
2. Event organizers reserve the right to use recordings by attendees. Your image or audio may be recorded and used by the promoter, with all rights assigned to them in perpetuity, without compensation.

8. Ticket Misuse & Resale

1. Tickets must not be resold, auctioned, or used for promotions without promoter’s written consent. Violation may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
2. Organizers may enforce ticket purchase limits and cancel excess tickets.

9. Liability, Indemnity & Release

1. Entry is at your own risk. The promoter and venue owners are not liable for injury, personal loss, or property damage, except as required by law.
2. You agree to indemnify the promoter and venue for any loss arising from your breach of these terms.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the promoter and venue from all liability relating to the event, including artist lineup changes or event cancellation.

10. Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

1. The promoter reserves the right to modify the event line-up or schedule without notice. No refunds or compensation for artist substitutions or cancellations unless mandated by law.
2. If the event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, notification will be sent via email or published on official platforms.
