A maneater has wreaked havoc on earth since time immemorial, luring men to their deaths. However, a complicated relationship between her and a hunter soon sends them on an emotional downward spiral like a cat and mouse game across time.

Inspired by the Southeast Asian folklore of the Penanggalan, Here is part of Chong Tze Chien’s ongoing research and exploration on the intersection of traditional Southeast Asian puppetry, The Finger Players’ puppetry methodology, and the martial art Silat.

This work-in-progress showcase comprises two parts – a presentation of the story and a dialogue session between the creatives and audience after the presentation.

Terms of Ticket Sales

1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.
2. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Organizer/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the organizer.

1. In the event that patron is unable to make it for any reason, tickets are transferable to another person;
2. Please note that the performance's duration is 30 minutes with no intermission;
3. Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the venue;
4. No photography/videography is allowed;
5. No outside food and drinks are allowed into the venue.
6. Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises.
