How can AI meaningfully support Hanzi learning in early childhood?

This interactive workshop explores practical ways teachers and parents can use AI tools to enhance Chinese character literacy, with a focus on preschool contexts and school transition. Through live demonstrations and hands-on activities, participants will discover how AI can generate stories, design engaging activities, and support differentiated learning — while preserving the cultural depth and imagination embedded in Hanzi.

This session will be conducted in Chinese.

本互动式工作坊将聚焦学前教育与幼小衔接情境，探讨教师与家长如何在实际教学中善用AI工具，促进汉字识字能力的发展。通过现场示范与实践活动，参与者将体验AI如何协助生成故事情境、设计有趣的识字活动、支持差异化教学，同时在科技应用之中保留汉字所蕴含的文化深度与想象空间。
