• Concession tickets are non-transferable. Please note that random checks on concession tickets will be conducted at the point of entry. Ticket holders who are unable to present proof of eligibility are required to upgrade their concession tickets to full price tickets.

Ticket Pricing excludes Booking Fee. Booking Fee is as follows:

$6 booking fee per ticket for tickets above $50

$3 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $20.01 and $50

$1 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced up to $20

Beyond just words on a page, poetry can pulse with the power of performance as an electrifying fusion of voice, rhythm and emotion.

This workshop will take a closer look at how you can emphasise the emotional content in individual poems, looking at how the spectrum of feelings, both light and dark, might be brought to life in performance.

We’ll choose a theme, then collectively compose a poem, using it as an example to examine emotions and how best to perform before a captivated audience.

General Advisory

• Recommended age 6 and up
• Children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by one participating adult
• No admission for infant in arms
• Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance
• Each person attending the event must have a ticket

Duration

• Approximately 2 hours with no intermission
