Conditions of Entry

1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the event.
2. All children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

1. Bag checks will be conducted before you enter the event area. Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Organiser will not be liable for the loss of belongings in or around the event hall and venue during the event.
2. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

Photography / Videography Recording Rules

1. Photography and videography are permitted for this event unless otherwise stated by any of the participants.
2. Please seek permission/ consent before taking pictures/ videos of any attendees/ cosplayers/ personalities/ guests during the event and respect their right to say no.
3. Do note that official photography and videography will be conducted at the event. So, smile for the camera!
