Standard Ticket Pricing: $25

Ticket Pricing excludes Booking Fee. Booking Fee is as follows:

$6 booking fee per ticket for tickets above $50

$3 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $20.01 and $50

$1 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced up to $20

Indoor concert for Asia and Pacific Band Directors' Association Conference 2025 

Bands performing: 

• Nova Wind Orchestra (Hong Kong) 
• Pasay City Symphony Band (Philippines) 
• Taiwan Lin Kou Junior High School Wind Band (Taiwan) 
• BAS Ensemble (Singapore)

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore.

Conditions of Entry

• Admission is only for ages 6 and above;
• Infants-in-arms and children below the age of 6 will not be admitted;
• All children under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian;
• Each valid ticket admits one person. 

Admission / Re-admission

• You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time;
• There will be one 20-minute intermission for the duration of the show;
• Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission;
• This concert is free-seating. Seat allocation will be on a first-come-first served basis. Please note that large groups may be split if there are not enough seats in a cluster to accommodate the group size.

General

• No smoking is allowed in the venue;
• No eating or drinking is allowed in the venue;
• Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises;
• Flowers and large items shall be kept at a designated location outside the hall and may be collected after the concert;
• Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the concert. BDA(S) reserves the full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications;
• The Promoter reserves the right not to admit patrons who do not comply with prevailing safe management measures and/or whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming without refund.

Photography / Videography Recording Rules

• Photography and/or videography without flash is allowed for this event.
