ART SG Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Each ticket admits one person; tickets are non-refundable.
2. Entry is at the organiser’s discretion, subject to venue capacity.
3. All tickets must be presented with a valid photographic ID.
4. Group bookings must be made in advance directly with ART SG. Please email [email protected].
5. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. Breach of this condition may result in refusal of entry.
6. Tickets are limited and may sell out.
7. Exchanges are permitted for tickets within the same category for entrance to a different day, subject to availability. No exchanges are allowed if the event date has passed.
8. The organiser reserves the right to amend any terms without prior notice. Their decision is final in the event of a dispute.
9. Programming, program schedules, artists and galleries may change without notice.
10. Audience capacity is subject to variation.
11. Bags of laptop size or larger may need to be checked into the cloakroom; refusal to do so may result in denied entry.
12. Photography of artworks requires gallery permission; tripods, selfie sticks and the like are strictly prohibited.
13. The organiser reserves the right to undertake bag checks as required.
14. Unauthorized distribution of flyers or promotional materials is forbidden.
15. Animals are not permitted, except assistance dogs.
16. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
17. The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes; entry implies consent to media recording.
18. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
19. Children’s Tickets: Children aged 16 and under receive free entry when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please select a $0 ticket for each child when purchasing your tickets.. Proof of age is required. Please note this offer does not apply to groups or schools. School bookings must be made in advance directly with ART SG. Please email [email protected].
20. Concession Tickets: Students, National Servicemen, Senior Citizens, and anyone carrying a concession card of any kind, including international concession cards, are welcome to purchase Concession Tickets. Proof of eligibility must be displayed at entry.
21. Early Riser Tickets: Entry must be before 1 pm on the day of your ticket. Entry after 1 pm will not be permitted.
22. The Vernissage Pass: Provides access to the Vernissage on 22 January from 6 to 9 pm, and unlimited repeat entry to ART SG during the fair’s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026.
23. The Premium+ Pass: Provides access to the Vernissage on 22 January from 6 to 9 pm, and unlimited repeat entry to ART SG during the fair’s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026; provides entry to the VIP Lounge at ART SG on the fair’s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026. Access to the lounge is subject to capacity, with food and drink available for purchase; includes one complimentary glass of wine (for over 18+ only) or soft drink and must be redeemed during the fair. This cannot be exchanged for cash or redemption of other items; includes access for one person to join a small-group premium guided tour of ART SG. Pre-booking is required, subject to availability; entry through the ART SG VIP entrance upon presentation of a valid Premium+ Pass.

Entry Terms and Conditions

1. Organisers reserve the right to conduct searches on all ticket holders and their belongings at entry and exit.
2. Refusal to cooperate with searches will result in denied access.
3. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult and kept close at all times.
4. Items deemed a security threat may be confiscated, and entry refused.
5. Outside food or beverages are not permitted. You are welcome to bring your own water bottle, and refillable water stations are located throughout the fair. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site.
6. The event complies with all health and safety regulations.

What can I expect to see at ART SG?

As the leading international art fair in Southeast Asia, ART SG is a dynamic platform showcasing the most visionary and exciting contemporary art from the region and around the world. ART SG 2026 will welcome leading international and regional galleries, accompanied by a dynamic program of installations, experimental film, thought provoking talks and performances—alongside partner activations, and onsite bars, cafes and restaurants. Can children attend the event?

Children of all ages are welcome to attend ART SG. Children aged 16 and under can attend free of charge if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please select a $0 ticket for each child when purchasing your tickets. Proof of age is required, and visitors 17 and older must purchase a ticket. Please note that groups of all kinds, including school groups, must purchase tickets.

Is ART SG accessible for visitors with disabilities?

Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre is generally wheelchair accessible with lift access to all floors, along with wheelchair-friendly bathrooms. Wheelchairs are also available for rental at the Retail Concierge Counter, subject to availability. Service dogs are welcome. How much are booking fees?

Booking fees are $1 per ticket for tickets less than $20, $3 for tickets priced between $20 and $50, and $6 per ticket for tickets above $50.

Can I purchase a ticket for the Vernissage?

Limited Vernissage tickets are available to purchase online and at the door (subject to availability). Vernissage tickets provide access to the Vernissage—ART SG’s opening night—on 22 January from 6 to 9 pm, and unlimited repeat entry throughout the fair’s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026.

What does the Premium+ Pass include, and what does it cost?

How can I book tickets for a group visit, including school groups?

Group and school bookings must be made through ART SG directly, please email [email protected]. We will send you a consent form, which must be returned to us filled, and your booking details, before we connect you with our ticketing partner for payment and issuance of tickets.

Who is eligible for a concession ticket?

Students, National Servicemen, Senior Citizens, and anyone carrying a concession card of any kind—from any country—are welcome to purchase a Concession Ticket at a discounted rate. Proof of eligibility must be displayed at entry.

Can I change the entry date of my ticket?

Yes, exchanges are permitted for tickets within the same category, subject to availability. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded if the date on the ticket has passed. Please contact [email protected] and include your Transaction ID so that they can assist you. If you require additional assistance, please contact [email protected].

Can I use Culture Pass credits?

Yes. SG Culture Pass is integrated on the Book My Show platform as a payment option when you are purchasing a ticket. Simply select SG Culture Pass upon checkout, and you will be redirected to the GovWallet digital wallet, where you can pay for the ticket(s) using your SG Culture Pass credits. If you have insufficient credits, there is also an option to top up using your credit card or PayNow.

How do the ‘Early Riser’ tickets work?

Select an ‘Early Riser’ ticket and get two tickets for the price of one. The offer is applicable for Adult and Concession tickets. Guests must enter the fair before 1 pm – entry after 1 pm will not be permitted.
