歌声的交汇,是一场不期而遇的邂逅。
原本形同陌路的人,因为音乐,在行止之间短暂停下脚步。
Emerge 2026: 邂逅 The Rendezvous is a meeting point of voices, instruments, and stories. Celebrating Mandopop through thoughtfully reimagined arrangements of familiar hits, the concert will also feature NUS Resonance in selected collaborative pieces where NUS Voices explores a cappella performance for the first time.
Each piece is a rendezvous in itself, tracing a journey from personal expression to collective sound and uniting different musical ideas and interpretations on one stage.

NUS Resonance
Formed in 2001, NUS Resonance is NUS’ pioneer and premier collegiate a cappella group, made up of people bound by a common love for singing. Members come from diverse musical backgrounds, and they sing just about anything — from contemporary pop to choral music, alternative rock to swing, and even the occasional techno tune.
NUS Resonance continually strives towards promoting a greater awareness of A Cappella music both within and outside of campus. To date, their most notable achievements include securing the top position in the Singapore National A Cappella Championships (2006 – 2008, 2011, 2012, 2014, & 2015), and their annual concert, Vocal Obsession. Internationally, they have also won A Cappella competitions in Korea and Taiwan, most recently clinching the Gold Award at the 2016 International Kodaly A Cappella Festival in Seoul, South Korea.
