“The myth is the public dream and the dream is the private myth.”
When our myths and dreams diverge from society, we’ve got an adventure in the dark forest of folklore ahead of us.
Through a radical promenade performance that takes audiences into the nooks and crannies of *SCAPE, the 2025 cohort of IYC boldly reimagine beloved fairy tales and legends from a curious and progressive disability lens. Found urban spaces is cast in new light as we cross the threshold of the familiar into the extraordinary.
In this site specific showcase, audience members will be guided from scene to scene and encouraged to participate at particular moments.
Encounters with curious non-ticketed members of the public is to be expected and embraced with safety and tolerance.
Each relaxed performance is 90 minutes long. Singapore Sign Language (SgSL), audio description (AD) and creative captioning (CC) services are available.
