SCA Gala Concert 2026 - A New Horizon

Ticket Pricing excludes Booking Fee. Booking Fee is as follows:

$3 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $20.01 and $40

Choral Artists (Singapore) is proud to present our 4th Gala concert. This year's repertoire include songs from the western choral classics and contemporanea. SCA will be premiering these works in Singapore that includes US composer Connor Koppin's I carry your heart, Daniel Elder's Star Sonnet and Lithuanian composer Vytautas Miskinis' O Nata Lux. We will also be performing classical piece Richte Mich Gott by Felix Mendelssohn.

In our second half, SCA will commission and world premier three local choral pieces by Seow Mao Yu, Ethan Mark Chia and Nelson Kwei. We will also present Dr Zechariah Goh's Irama Belia SG50 originally commissioned for the Singapore Choral Festival SG50 and Nelson Kwei's Rub-a-Dub-Dub commissioned for Singapore Choral Festival SG60

And to push into new choral frontiers, SCA will present two world famous song on style of a cappella Scat music. Bach's Organ Fugue arranged by Ward Swingles and Freddy Mercury's Bohemian Rhapsody arranged my Philip Lawson. This demands exceedingly high music standards both in vocal skill and superb musicality, SCA looks forward to showcase a style of choral art to our audience and thus further their choral horizon and understanding.

Terms of Ticket Sales

1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.
2. Each ticket admits one person.
3. Strictly no re-entry once a ticket has been admitted.

General

1. Attendees must follow all venue rules and safety guidelines, including any health protocols in place on the event day.
2. Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the theatre.
3. Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed- within the venue premises.
4. No food and drinks are allowed in the theatre.

Photography / Videography Recording Rules

1. Photography with flash are strictly not allowed for this event.
