Ticket Purchase, Delivery & Pricing

• Tickets must be purchased using the BookMyShow platform; a valid e ticket (QR code) is required for entry.
• Tickets are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and all applicable booking or convenience fees apply.
• No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted once tickets are confirmed, except as required by law.

Entry & Admission

• A valid e-ticket is strictly required for entry. Lost, stolen, damaged, or fraudulent tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
• Attendees must comply with all event staff instructions, and any non-compliance may lead to refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
• No re-entry once a ticket holder exits the venue.

Age Restrictions & Identification

• Attendees must produce valid photo ID at entry (e.g. NRIC, passport). ID may be required to verify age or purchase privileges (e.g., alcohol).
• If student concession tickets are offered, a student pass or equivalent may be required for validation.

Venue Rules & Safety

• To ensure safety and compliance, bag and personal searches may be conducted at entry. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
• Prohibited items include—but are not limited to—illicit drugs, vapes, glass bottles, professional recording gear without accreditation, and unauthorized commercial paraphernalia. Confiscation without refund may occur.

Recording & Media

• No recording is allowed during the performance.
• Event organizers reserve the right to use recordings by attendees. Your image or audio may be recorded and used by the promoter, with all rights assigned to them in perpetuity, without compensation.

Ticket Misuse & Resale

• Tickets must not be resold, auctioned, or used for promotions without promoter’s written consent. Violation may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
• Organizers may enforce ticket purchase limits and cancel excess tickets.

Liability, Indemnity & Release

• Entry is at your own risk. The promoter and venue owners are not liable for injury, personal loss, or property damage, except as required by law.
• You agree to indemnify the promoter and venue for any loss arising from your breach of these terms.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the promoter and venue from all liability relating to the event, including artist lineup changes or event cancellation.

Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

• The promoter reserves the right to modify the event line-up or schedule without notice. No refunds or compensation for artist substitutions or cancellations unless mandated by law.
• If the event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, notification will be sent via email or published on official platforms.
