About the programme:
Discover Viewpoints: A 45-Minute Introductory Experience Workshop
Take a step into the world of Viewpoints in this quick, engaging introduction. Through a series of simple exercises, you’ll get a taste of how Viewpoints — a training method that performers use to develop awareness of their mind and body in relation to the environment — can help build your own awareness of space and connection with others.
Join us for this experiential session to explore foundational elements like Shape and Movement. No acting or theatre experience needed — just bring an open mind and be ready to move.
